Here is baby Jules at 9 months, one of my sweet sweet baby planners! Isn’t she completely adorable in every way? I just love her to pieces and I also love this session in the woods with her family. I love the images we captured and cannot wait to see the beautiful large canvas that will grace the family’s home soon!
This weekend we spent some time with family. My Grandmother was visiting and I made everyone take one nice photo together and we were pretty successful in keeping the little ones there. Audrey was even looking at the camera!
I set this shot up myself on a tripod in my parents backyard and jumped in. : )
When Baby Ian’s Mommy and Daddy contacted me right after he was born I was so happy to be able to squeeze them in a full weekend with a wedding and a family session, but was determined to get Mr. Ian’s session in there while he was still new, sleepy and bendy! Baby Ian was right around 12 days when we did his newborn session and was such a little champ. I fell in love with his little cheeks and long fingers and toes, he was such a cuddly little guy and did great!
I love the results of his session. A special thanks to Mom and Dad for really letting me do what I do and letting me create these images for your family for many years to come! I hope you always treasure them. : )
At 14 days old Miss Amelia was a little older than most newborns that I work with and she also wasn’t feeling well the day we did her session, but considering both I think she did an amazing job! I can’t believe that not even two years ago I did her big sister’s newborn portraits, my how they grow so fast!
We captured a similar photo on the dresser next to the wall tree art with her sister as well so we recreated the photo to be similar to her sister’s image in the nursery was also her big sister’s room. : )
So many baby girls lately and I love it!
My Dad recently came over with some kites for the girls. They had to go outside and test it out. Full sun, total snapshot, but I still kind of love how it turned out and the moment we captured. : )
I encourage you to fly a kite with your child/ grandchild this summer as well!
